In 2025, Beatrice Nacor took the reins and began a new chapter, growing Gertrude from a charming caravan concept into a full-service catering and events business designed to make celebrations feel warm, memorable and effortless.

Throughout her hospitality career, Beatrice has gained extensive experience delivering major events, including securing and managing operations at the Australian Open and the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne.

Together with her partners, Brandon, Phillip and Ryan, Beatrice established Gertrude Events from a shared love of good food, great drinks and the joy of bringing people together.
